Partner, Nicole Deese Newlon, appointed to The Florida Bar Rules Committee

Nicole Deese Newlon was recently appointed to The Florida Bar’s Civil Procedure Rules Committee, a committee established under Rule 2.140, Florida Rules of General Practice & Judicial Administration, to propose new rules and changes to existing rules of civil procedure. Nicole has been appointed to the committee for a term beginning July 1, 2024.
